I teach school, so the only way I can afford nice things is if they are at Goodwill or are on sale somewhere. That's why I liked Sierra Trading Post. Late last week, I ordered a pair of shoes and a leather coat. When the order had not arrived by Friday of this week, I checked my account. The order had been cancelled! I used LiveChat to find out from "Don" that the order had been cancelled because, in their view, I had returned too many items because they didn't fit or were too soiled to use--never mind how many hundreds of dollars I have spent there over the years on things that I kept. Don told me "you should not expect to receive any more goods from Sierra Trading Post." There was no warning whatsoever. So even though the company quotes the Bible and says that the customer's satisfaction is paramount, this is a lie. Lies are not pleasing to God, nor to atheists either, I imagine. I wish I had never bought a thing from them.
