Absolutely terrific service!! A pleasure to do business with, I haven't one complaint with anything they did. Actually they not only provided a superb product but also happily accommodated the changes I requested during the building or production phase of the laptop I ordered from them. Also, when Intel finally released their 3rd generation CPU chips one week after I had already ordered my laptop with a 2nd generation Intel CPU, X-otic PC accommodated my request for another change to my order installing one of Intel's newest and more efficient 3rd generation CPU chips, and then again accommodated my fifth or sixth request to tweak my order installing more RAM and installing the top of the line display I finally decided to get in the end. I'd have to say I made six or seven changes to my initial order over a two week period and when I asked them to go ahead and change the shipping of my item to 2nd Day Air and to go ahead and charge my credit card the extra cost they called me and told me they would send my item 2nd Day Air at no additional cost and that it should be on its way later that same day and I should get it within 3 days. Well 2 days later at 1:00 pm I signed for it and haven't had any problems at all with my new laptop from X-otic PC. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! ^^^^^
