Overall, everything went well with my order. I ordered a Nikon lens for an excellent price over Memorial Day weekend. On May 31st (the next business day), someone from BP verified my identity at my work number (I left that number as a contact). I called them back June 1 and was told my order was shipped. I received the camera lens on June 3rd. It wasn't gray market; it registered on Nikon's site and it works! Their phone reps are matter-of- fact, not rude. When I didn't get a free camera cleaning kit as advertised on their website, I e-mailed them & never heard from them. Though I subtract a point because I never heard from them, I didn't follow-up. The missing kit was not a big deal since I can buy one for under $20.00.
