Price was great for my dishwasher - believe me, I shopped around for a while before purchasing. When I checked out online, I selected free shipping. Who wouldn't? A customer service rep called me the next morning and recommended freight shipping due to the fact that I was not local and the big shippers (FedEx, UPS) were not as careful with shipments. He was right, although I wasn't too keen on paying $100 for shipping. The guy gave me freight shipping for only $50, so I took it. Shipping with the freight carrier was a little long, and I was anxious for my new dishwasher. But alas, it came, and was in perfect condition. The shipper brought it in my living room (I asked not to go into the kitchen yet), made sure to open it for me to inspect it before I signed off, and all for the low price of $50! I was very happy the Abe's rep called and recommended this service to me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction! Dishwasher works great!

I purchased an electric double wall oven and a gas stovetop from Warehouse Discount Center -- two separate transactions.
The double oven was first. Even though I selected free shipping, Warehouse Discount Center sent it via freight truck - bonus! The local shipper couldn't get his semi down our country road, so I had to meet him a block away and load it into the back of my mini-van. He wouldn't let me open it before signing for it, but the shipment looked to be in good shape. And the guy loaded it into my van for me. In any event I was satisfied with the transaction. The oven arrived in good condition and works as it should.
The stovetop came via FedEx, which was a little disconcerting, but perhaps only because I had been spoiled by the careful freight truck delivery of the oven. The stovetop was in good condition and works just fine - so no complaints there either.
Overall, I was very happy with both transactions. I did a lot of shopping around before purchasing my new appliances for my new kitchen, and Warehouse Discount Center definitely had some of the lowest prices -- obviously, they had the lowest prices on my oven and my stovetop! I got GREAT deals, compared to the local shops like Lowe's, Home Depot, or Sears.

I got a GREAT deal on my kitchen faucet from overstockdeals.com. The price was definitely right! The item was shipped pretty quickly and I got it rather fast. But, the packing absolutely sucked and I was a little afraid the faucet would be broken or missing pieces. The Delta manufacturer's box wasn't closed all the way, and then it was placed in a MUCH larger shipping box with VERY little packing (it was actually a joke -- one of those bubble bag thingies in a huge box!). When UPS dropped it off, I took the box from the driver carefully, but could hear the metal pieces inside clinking around like I was shaking a puzzle. Aaahh! However, there were no scratches on the item, and all the pieces were there. The faucet works great. I'm satisfied with my transaction, but I admit, I'd think twice about WHAT I ordered from overstockdeals.com if I were to try again. If it's something valuable or breakable...maybe I'll buy from someone else next time.

I would NOT recommend Buyer's Edge. I ordered an island mount vent hood because they had the best deal on it. I ordered on 3/15, and by 3/21 I hadn't even gotten so much as a confirmation email from them. My order status on their website said "Manager Review". I tried to call several times during their business hours, but the customer service (selection 2) and billing (selection 3) lines kept telling me they were closed. When I chose sales (selection 1), I waited on hold for 15 minutes, 10 minutes, and 8 minutes before giving up each time. I finally reached someone when I called the main number and pressed 0. When I got to speak to someone, he told me Buyer's Edge doesn't ship to my address (they only ship locally -- it does not say that on their website!!!), and I should have received an email notification. I had NO email - checked my spam folder and nothing there either! What a joke!

I would not order from BuyRiteAppliances.com again. I had shopped around for the lowest price on the dishwasher I wanted, and BuyRiteAppliances was the lowest. I placed my order on 2/17/12 and received a confirmation email immediately afterward. The next day, I received an email with the following:
"Your order # 102390 status is: Canceled.
This item is currently out of stock and has been by the manufacturer , your order has been canceled, nothing has been charged to your account. Sorry for the inconvenience Thank you,"
At first, I was frustrated that it was out of stock - Why list it on your website as avaiable then? And why not call me and see if I want to wait for it to come back in stock? But then it got weirder. Later on the 18th (day after purchasing), I decided to go back to the BuyRiteAppliances website and see if the dishwasher was still listed as in-stock (I was curious if they had just run out, or if it had been out of stock the whole time and they still listed it as available on the site). Well, the item was still listed as available, BUT the price was jacked up about $50! It gave me an option to reorder the item, but of course, now the price was $50 more than it was the previous day! So all I could think was that BuyRiteAppliances realized the price they sold it to me at was too low, and told me it was out of stock, then raised the price so they wouldn't lose money on the deal. What the heck? Admittedly, I didn't try to contact them and reorder -- maybe they would have given it to me at the lower price if I'd been a big enough pain about it. I just didn't havethe energy, nor did I feel comfortable with the service BuyRiteAppliances would provide. I decided to pay a slightly higher price and get it from someplace else that I felt confident in. Will not try BuyRiteAppliances again.
