It took a very long time, but Battery refill diagnosed a problem with the battery beyond just low cells, waited for the appropriate replacement part, did not charge for the repair, and returned the battery in excellent condition working well. There were various problems trying to pay them because, apparently, they were under review, but they did not charge my credit card until they shipped the battery. I had considerable correspondence with them over this by e-mail. Their replies were always prompt and courteous. I think this is an honest conscientious company but maybe a bit scatterbrained. I have used them before with no incident, good results, and I will use them again.
