I used this company back when it was still e-kit. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and just ordered my new phone for another trip. It arrived promptly and with good documentation. I can only proffer good thoughts.

What they offered me could be considered a classic "Bait and Switch." That's illegal.

I purchased headphones on their site. Bought and paid for. Then I received a note that I needed to get in touch with them. They could be sent from my state, requiring me to add sales tax, or from their NY location, FOR AN EXTRA $5. Look, I get the sales tax, but the extra $5 is unacceptable and, again, illegal. Bought and paid for? Nope, they tried to squeeze an extra $5 out of me. That is neither cool nor legally acceptable. A decent company would've sent them for what was agreed upon in our original contract.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
