I dont usually write reviews, but sometimes the product and customer service of a particular company are so good that I feel compelled to write something. Such has been my experience with nuts.com. Recently I placed two orders on a Monday morning -- one for my house and one for my office. Later that morning I changed my mind about my order, called nuts.com customer service and they immediately took care of me. I assumed this would delay my order, but I was amazed when my order showed up at my office the very next day. The order was perfect (including my requested change) and the items were all fresh. Later that day, I went home and sure enough the rest of my order was waiting for me there. I couldn't have been more impressed by their speed, customer service and quality. Kudos to the nuts.com team.
