Xotic PC was perfect at every step. The customization process was awesome and let me add a whole slew of upgrades to my laptop, their prices are amazing, and their customer service is top notch. They email to check on the status of your computer after you have it, real people communicate with you over the phone and over email, and if you ever have an issue, you have real-time, personally tailored assistance.

Additionally, their products are stellar. Probably the best $1,300 I've ever spent.
