Very dissapointed.

I cannot believe how horrible your website is. First your ordering system doesnt send us an email at all on updates on when our order is shipped. Second when I try to log in to my account on here with the "correct" password and email, it says its incorrect. So fine whatever, I click to have it reset. I then dont get an email, so I have to click it again. Again no email, so I send it again and again and again. Finally after about 20 times I finally get an email with my reset password about an hour later. Of course by then my inbox is spammed with all these rest passwords. So I take the most recent one and enter it, again it says its incorrect!!! What is up with your guys website? ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Ive done lots of online buying and never ever in my life had this much trouble just logging into my account to get an update on my order. Horrible!

Terrible, terrible disgusting service!!!! I bought a laptop from them a month ago, and they sent me the unit all banged up and unwilling to fix it, or even cooperate with me whenever I bring the issue up. Instead they keep making excuses saying how they dont remember me buying from them ever. Whatever!!! These are a bunch of scam artists! Once they get your cash, they run when you need some support.
