I was extremely disappointed in the service of the website and misleading information it contained. I ordered a computer from ExcaliberPC and it was in stock. However, ExcaliberPC did not inform me that this product was actually out of stock (in fact they no longer even carried the product at all) until the the day after I ordered and after they had already charged my account for the order. However, after recieving an email the day after notifying me of this, I went back onto their website and it still clearly said that they had the product in stock. It wasnt until after I called their customer service center that they finally decided to correct the misleading information on the website. This normally would not have been a problem but I am in the military and time is a luxury that I cherish because I do not get a lot of it, and this blatant disregard for the value of my time and charging my account for a product they no longer had angered me to the point where I will no longer purchase products from lying websites and greedy businesses who charge for products they do not have, like ExaliberPC, in the future.
