Philip is a liar ans swindler. He pretended to be various people a the "company" and advised me to cancel my order when I called to complain it was late.
Then he charged me and shipped an orchid 8 days later.
I called to dispute the claim. He (pretending not to be Philip) told me to put the complaint in writing, which I did.
I received and automated emailing saying they would respond in 24 hours.
They did not and after calling again, (he pretended to never have heard of my complaint before)he told me to ship the orchid back and then he would refund!
ARE YOU KIDDING? He is not a business mand and likes to make this personal. He said things like, "you're being mean" and "well, too bad for you"
DO NOT BUY from this man---LIAR, CHEATER!
