I ordered a motherboard from them on a Friday morning. I was sent a confirmation email that stated as there website did, that the product was in stock and would ship next business day. Finally on the following Tuesday when it still stated on the site that the order was processing I gave them a call. I talked to a representative there and they stated that it was being processed, item was in stock, and would ship that afternoon. Later that evening I was sent an email by them stating that the item was back ordered. They were already closed so I called back the next day. I talked to 3 different reps there that day and all of them had the same answer, "We are hoping to get the product back in stock in the next week or two, but we are not sure when it will be. Hopefully one or two weeks but we can't guarantee anything." I then canceled my order and will never buy from them again. There good prices aren't worth the terrible service. BUYER BEWARE! READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE YOU TRY TO SAVE A COUPLE DOLLARS!
