Excellent selection of tech products at good prices!
I purchased some cables, computer accessories, and an external hard drive case; and it was a good deal! However, a glitch in their computer system caused my order to be held up for ten days, even though all of the items I ordered were in stock and ready to ship. After emailing SkyBox-USA a couple of times, my order finally shipped and I received it after another two weeks.
Upon receiving the package, it UPS had damaged the shipping box quite badly, and one of my items was missing. I immediately contacted SkyBox-USA about the issue, and the employee then apparantly filed the UPS claim form incorrectly. After three months of run-arounds with this employee, SkyBox-USA suddenly replaced this employee. The new customer service person was immediately able to resolve this problem and sent me a refund for the missing item, plus a bit extra for my troubles.
Based on the efficiency and professionalism of the new customer service person at SkyBox-USA, I will still consider doing business with them in the future.
