Worked fine for me. They do seem to have the same web product listings as Acc Station, which did not have good Reseller ratings, but I don't know the nature of that relation if any.

Oops, I probably would not have ordered if I had read previous reviews. However in fairness my order was fine. Perhaps because I did not need their customer service, or perhaps they are learning?

Everything fine, as advertised. AD seems to be more of an industrial supplier, and so correspondingly professional. A serious hobbyist/ consumer may find them as I did. Cheers

Cascade shipped me some incorrect resistors. Investigating, they confirmed it was their error. So they shipped me equivalent ones, with no extra charge, and just let me keep the original shipment.

Any company can make an error, and their response is the test. Except for the delay, I am happy with Cascade.

Oops, if I had read earlier reviews, I might not have purchased. However in fairness my order was fine, as advertised.

I'm beginning to think that every online order is a crapshoot, with any company. I've had varied service from many online companies, some with good and some with bad reputations. Still it is worth some attention at least to Reseller's average recent ratings. Encourage your friends to review too. The more votes, the better the data. Cheers.

A+. Received the order three days after placing it. The web description did not explicitly say that a case was included, so I would have settled for no case. However the tool came with a case also.

Friendly efficient telephone ordering. Some manufacturers don't allow retailer discount prices to be shown or ordered online, for some products. It is well worth getting a toll-free telephone quote from Alamia for those. Alamia shipped my medium-weight item double boxed. And by FedEx, which seems to have a somewhat better reputation for handling heavier items than UPS. Excellent.

They had the very best prices, and delivery was accurate and prompt. After that, I am not very particular about every little service nuance.

To achieve those prices, ToolFetch drop-ships some items. My order came is three different shipments, each from a different warehouse of the original manufacturer. The least commonly stocked item promised shipping in 48-72 hours after ordering. Indeed I received that item last, a total of six business days after placing the order, with ground shipping. Happy.

I got the first tracking number by e-mail, but had to phone to get the second, and didn't even try to get the third. So currently ToolFetch does not automate that situation exactly, at least with some of their manufacturers. Of course I could have just relaxed, because everything arrived fine.

Excellent, as advertised. They offer a nice selection of shipping options. Former web address www.AdvancedMart.com. I didn't see their telephone number displayed online, but it is given on their invoices. Their web site is simple, but they have been around a while. E.g. one of their products was well reviewed some time ago at a famous specialty site www.flashlightreviews.com.

I've used DS.com for years, with excellent satisfaction in products and service. You can ask for USPS shipping, e.g. to PO boxes, if you are sick of UPS.

However be aware that their packing is only average, compared to other retailers. I might be a bit skeptical about ordering glass bottles. And while their free-shipping offers are fine for my largish orders, plan in advance that those can take 10-12 days.
