I ordered the wrong part and paid to have it shipped priority. Shipping was delayed by a week. I called colorcase,and Louis offered me a credit on the shipping. For my trouble he helped me find a replacement part, free of charge. A few days later I phoned Louis only to find out that he has called all their suppliers, which are most in U.S., and found that the part I need is discontinued. He sent me a credit for my shipping. I in turn later found a part that will correct my connection problem, That item with is being shipped as we speak, free of charge. This company takes pride in it's customer relations. Louis is the most pleasant and easy to understand "Tech" customer service member I have ever spoken with. I have already recommended this company to friends and will continue to do business with them. I rarely endorse companies, I feel that a company with high character employees, deserves maximum exposure.
