The item was backordered two days, which is no big deal at all. I was stunned to receive an email from them letting me know it would be two more days before they could ship it out. No one else would be this honest and upfront. Let\u0027s be honest, two days is no biggie, but they let me know any way.<br><br>Third, the packaging! EVERYONE else ships this behemoth in the factory box alone. NCIX shipped it in the factory box, inside of a washing machine box filled with packing bubbles! For FREE! There was zero chance of this getting damaged and I was blown away.
