They asked about evidences that item hasn\u0027t been delivered so my country\u0027s PO sent document that proofs it. They now insist on some notification from their PO and offer 20% refund.<br><br><br>OLD: Item hasn\u0027t arrived after 70 days from purchase.<br>They always want to \u0027wait some more time\u0027. I have tracking number indicating it left HK but never get into my country and it\u0027s not enough for them.<br>To be honest, I doubt they send it all.
