Very bad sales tactics. Bait and switch. I had to stop payment and get a new CC. They were not honest and communication is lacking.

I hate MTV with a passion but saw they were giving stuff away. So, like any good american I lined up to collect as much as possible. They couldn't handle it, I guess cause they cancelled my orders. I even tried calling them cause I love useless crap, and you know MTV is full of it. They didn't budge.

My question: Why post a sign saying "Freemoney" if it costs time and money?

I bought something from Delia's online store and was "charged $XX.XX" and waited patiently for my stuff. When I checked my credit card to verify price I was in shock. They charged me WAY more than what I paid for. They claimed it was my problem. Not only is it a week later and still no stuff but I have to deal with my Credit card now to get my money. Please, Delia's, at least change my email confirmation, before you steal my money. You guys are stupid cause I have proof.

On a side note...I want a job their cause I guess you can be really lazy there!!!
