Credit card was charger on Dec 31, 2002 and nothing was shipped. Emailed the sales department four times for Order status update, no respond, Dialed the 800 number, no live person answer except recording and ask people submit question via email. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. No customer service at all.
