I ordered camera housing and prior to the order, the company was responsive to my emails and answered my questions promptly. When I received it I learned I\u0027d ordered the wrong model and quickly contacted them re: need to reurn it. Their website stated return policy of 7 days and required getting approval from them before returning product. Now there was NO RESPONSE to multiple emails to both sales and customer service. No phone # listed. I tried for a month, then sold it on Ebay at a loss of $85.
