I ordered a component on 10/25 and it was supposedly in stock. They charged my credit card the very same day. I received an email confirmation the following day with a link to check on status. Status is always the same "should ship within a day". I emailed asking status last week, no reply. I called today and got a very rude employee who kept trying to convince me that they only put an authorization against my credit card, not true, they charged me the full amount. She said it won't ship for another 2-3 days but she clearly didn't know when it would ship. I asked to credit my credit card until it ships, but I doubt this will happen.
