I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I am not computer savvy so I was counting on the representative helping me. The first time I called I got a man, he hung up on me. The second time I called the lady transferred me to somelse. That person and I had a language barrier problem. Did I get what I purchase-shrud- I have no idea, but I paid for whether it will stream movies for me from Netflix-only GOD knows. I asked did I need cables because they had the HDMI cables for $5.50 so I could get them at the same time. Now will I have to go to Radio Shack and by them for a lot more? I don't know because the person I spoke to could understand me and I sure as heck couldn't understand whether or not I needed the cables. I hope I don't.
