They would not even contact the local florist to inquire about the status. They just wanted me to wait longer to see if they would be delivered. They were totally unapologetic. I cancelled order. I don\u0027t know yet if the refund has been credited to my credit card. I highly disrecommend them - I was given the impression they don\u0027t have a tight relationship with their local florists. I smelled a rat and did not call. A few days later, they called me and told me that they needed to confirm my order. And because of my troubles, they would send me a more expensive flash for the same price - no details on brand or model. When I asked, I just got some number, no brand. I told him I wanted my original order. He acted aghast, but agreed. I was very upset with this whole tactic. He just assumed I would roll over and let him send me some unbranded piece of junk as a substitute. I don\u0027t like being played a fool. I should\u0027ve just cancelled the order. However, in the end, I did receive the unit I ordered, it works and appears to be a new USA product. So it appears I fared a little better than others.
