I ordered a pair of Chinese Laundry boots (a rather reputable shoe brand. When I received them they appeared to be ok, but them within the first hour of wearing them the faux leather layer began peeling off! When I addressed the issue with BTR they\u0027re3 only response was that they couldn\u0027t help me. I was appalled. I have NEVER received such horrid customer service in my life. I couldn\u0027t believe they wouldn\u0027t stand behind a product they sold to me. (And it wasn\u0027t a cheap product either).
