Ordered steak knives but Ronco was out of Hard Wood Block for same. We were told we would be sent when available at NO SHIPP CHARGE. What a lie, we were billed for charges. We are going to contact Better Business Bureau and report. What a horseshit company.

As of this date, we have NOT received the blocks for the knives. They were charged to our credit card over 2 l/2 weeks ago. We should have received by now even with Christmas rush! This company shouldn't be in business. Buyer BEWARE!
