Poorest customer service! Will never buy again. I placed my order with them, received confirmation on website and via e-mail that my order was received and placed. My credit card was charged immediately. After 6 days I contacted customer support by phone and email. The customer service by phone is the answering machine only. Received response in 2 days by email with apologies. They have found a technical issue in which some orders were not fulfilled. Was promised that my order will be shipped in 3 business days. After 6 days of waiting I contacted again to check order status. My order however was never shipped/delivered. No any response from them after 2 days waiting. So, I contacted my credit card to open a dispute. If you have the same issue do not cancel your order. Always open dispute with your credit card first. When you open the dispute the Bank will charge the seller $20 - $25 service fee to resolve a dispute. At least they will lose some money for that terrible service. May be it will be helpful to improve the service or close the business. Think twice before order from them!

On March 8 I placed order for Zebra G-301 Gel Refill for amount of $141.10. After 2.5 weeks I contacted officemax.com customer service to check the status. I received email from them - after researching this missing merchandise with the carrier we have found that the items were not delivered. Your order has been cancelled and refund applied to your credit card.
Now is April 14 and I still not get refund. I contacted my Amex card to get my money back. This is the worst company I had deal. I highly suggest that you stay away from this company.

I ordered products from BestQualitySafety.com on 2/1/2008.
After 2 weeks I contacted to company to check the status of my order. The customer service guy told me that it is on back order and will be shipped in 1 week. After 4 weeks I sent email to check the status of my order again and received replay that item will be shipped on 3/27/08 and they will contact me for credit card information to re authorize my card due to they only can hold an authorization for 30 days which expired on 3/1/08. On 3/31/08 the person from BestQualitySafety.com called at my home and told that my order will be shipped today and I will have it in 3-4 business days. He asked to give him my credit card number and expiration date only to re authorize my card. After 3 days I checked my credit card activity online and found three unauthorized charges for total amount of 3,000 dollars. I closed my credit card and informed my credit card company about fraud activity.
On April 4 I cancelled my order from BestQualitySafety.com. My order was not shipped as promised.
I will never buy from BestQualitySafety.com again.

I will never place an online order with LNT again!
I ordered Rachael Ray Pro Ultra 11 Piece set and paid $45.00 for expedited shipping in 3-4 business days. The order was placed on Dec. 17 and received on Dec. 29. The expedited shipping takes 10 business days!

Very dissatisfied. I placed an order with www.audio-video-furniture.com (www.cymaxstores.com)
for TV stand. The TV stand was defective. Sent request to Customer support about it. The guy contacted to me and told that some one will call back with instruction what to do. No one called back. Filled complain with my Credit Card. Got money back. Would definitely not recommend this company.

I have recently bought Kohler shower trim K-T16178-4a and Grohe shower head 28375 from faucetline.com and the service was OUTSTANDING. Items are in stock. No one other seller had the Items. Received Items next day with no extra charge. The UPS tracking number provided in the same day of order. The price is very competitive at faucetline.com and having no hassle is more important than anything.

I have recently bought a memory and Motherboard from cybersprinter.com and the service was OUTSTANDING. Items are in stock and shipped immediately. Delivery service is free and fast. The UPS tracking number provided in the same day of order. I have bought at other websites but will not do so in the future. The price is very competitive at cybersprinter.com and having no hassle is more important than anything.

Very dissatisfied. I placed an order for Napoli Series furniture. Two hours latter I decide to cancel order and sent request to Customer support. Order was canceled and I received email confirmation. I got refund for item minus shipping cost after one month. It was extremely difficult to reach them. Filled complain with my Credit Card. Got money back. Would definitely not recommend this company.
