So far, my first experience with yesbuy.net has been bad. It's been 14 days since I ordered and I have yet to hear back from them since I sent a email and submitted a request on their website. Site navigation is terrible and trying to log in, find my account or find a phone number is next to impossible. When I tried to track my order using the provided order #... The UPS site does not have, nor is able to provide any information for this order. I'm now a little worried that this is a scam site and it may not be around long once it has made enough $$$ from unsuspecting buyers like my self. I can only hope it's just extremely poor customer service and I will eventually get my product. However, this will be the last time I purchase from this company. I also have 1,285 friends on facebook that will help me spread the word and you know if 1,285 people tell all their friends, the numbers climb exponentially. Hope this reveiw helps those who may want to shop at yesbuy.net
