They actualy replaced it with another for no shipping charge if I gave them a 5 star rating on amazon. I gave the rating and received a new tank. Same problem, wheel and track rolled off in 3 min of use. Sent another complaint and now im being ignored. They now think i should eat 30$ in shipping to return it for one that works. Bottom line is they sell garbage and 2nd rate items. Stay far far away from this company. Hopefuly I can save someone the trouble I endured.
