In my most recent experience when looking for a Pioneer FH-P8000BT for my car, I hit many road blocks with other vendors. No replies to my e-mails. No answers to my phone calls. Nothing. After a week of frustration I finally gave this vendor a try.<br><br>Ikesound got back to me in a very timely manner letting me know that they had my item in stock and could ship it the same day if I decided to go ahead with my order. The salesperson seemed genuinely interested in my business and that encouraged my purchase as a consumer.<br><br>They followed up letting me know that my package had shipped and that I would receive the shipping information the next morning. Sure enough, shipping information arrived as promised. My item arrived this morning (shipped UPS Ground across country) in good condition and ready to be installed.<br><br>I\u0027m very satisfied.
