I purchased a 22" Westinghouse TV/Monitor from the Micro Center in Dallas, Tx. on 11/25/11. When I returned back to Shreveport, I discovered that the product was not working properly. After the tv had been on for a while, it would automaticaly go in to the sleep mode. I would have volume but no picture.
I called the store and spoke with one of the sales managers, explained the problem and was surprised with his response.
He told me to ship the item back and they would replace it and either reimburse me for the shipping cost or send me an upgrade.
I shipped it on a Friday, they received it on the following Tuesday and had me a replacement item shipped that same day.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The best I've experienced in years.
