I purchased from the retail site, after finding Battery House via Google Shopping. I took a chance (as the site has no ratings) and was very pleased. My items were shipped an hour later, arrived via Fedex within a reasonable time (beats buying from Asia), and packed nicely and in perfect condition.

In the email it says "The items listed below
have been packaged at our facilities in the Netherlands and placed in a special climate-controlled container. Allow 21 to 25 days
for ocean shipping and clearance through customs."

I received it about 5 weeks after placing the order, and it shipped via UPS Ground (5 business days) out of Sharonville, OH. Last time I checked Ohio is still in the United States.

Flowers are a high-margin business, which means coupons and cash-back offers abound. Do look out / Google for current offers.

You will be pleased with the flowers and cutomer
service, just expect shipping to take some time--regardless where it is being shipped from.

I used to envy Dell for its just-in-time delivery, but it has gotten worst over the last few years so I avoided them at all cost. Until about a couple of months ago. I believe they had improved their order processing system, and although their customer service are still from a different planet (why would it take 45 minutes to fix a small problem?), they are improving and I look forward to another positive experience. I am back as a customer... for now.

I shop at Drugstore.com every few months. Their prescription prices are cheaper than local pharmacies, but my purchases are non-prescription items and I have been very please with their selections and customer service. They really try to take care of the customer. Their standard shipping can be slow, depending where you live. All orders ship from I believe NJ, so ground will arrive next business day if you are in that region, but can take a week to arrive in CA.

I have ordered about 20 pieces of luggage and so far the experience has been positive. Their prices are high, but they pricematch 110% so that worked well. eBags has a wide selection but some go in and out of stock, which can be a pain if you are trying to maintain the same luggage brand or style.

Great site, owned by Amazon. Shipping was fast. Too fast. I tried to change the shipping address an hour later (in the evening) but it was already packed and ready to ship. They said, at no cost, I can refuse shipment and order again to the new address. Good selection and service.

They sell fake items that may or may not work, will claim to give you a refund but wont. They know the items are fake and will tell you so if asked. The best recourse is the credit card company--not PayPal. If they ask you to ship it back and they will cover the shipping cost DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will renegade on their written promise, and you will have no recourse on that--unless you want to fight it in some Chinese court. I originally said that (1) I would ship one less item or (2) have them email me a prepaid shipping label, but they said again and again that the shipping cost will be refunded. I had no use for their junk so sent it all back. Your maximum recourse is the amount originally charged on the card.

In Hong Kong time: Ordered Wed, Oct 29th, early afternoon and received an email Tue, 11/3 (5 days later) that is was shipped. HK mail shows the pkg being dropped off 11/4, and staying in HK until the 11th.

In US time: it arrived in the US on the 13th and at its final destination on the 16th.

Moral of the story: unless you can wait 3.5 weeks for your order to arrive, order from someone else. The items were great, but the order processing and shipping time leaves something to be desired.

They can do a better job at store pickup. It takes forever to find my items, and in my most recent example, they couldn't find the item that was reserved and they gave me one that was held for someone else. Not very professional. What if the person drove a long way to pick up the item? Live and learn: after getting a confirmation email, before heading out to the store call to confirm item is indeed being held.

I only use GoDaddy for domain registrations and renewals, because I found it best practice to separate domain and hosting companies. For domains, they are a reliable and reasonably priced company (after coupons, which you can easily google). I wouldn't use them for hosting, but they may have gotten better in that area.

Really messed up ordering process. I had a couple of orders. This order, for sale item, was canceled for lack of inventory. The second one, half was canceled for lack of inventory (same items as in this order), and I wouldn't have ordered the rest if not for the items canceled. So I paid retail + shipping for something I don't want.

Edit: they are sending me a $10 gift card (instead of refunding the $9 shipping fee). Reasonable compromise so I will adjust my customer service ratings higher.

Good online store. They have messed one of my orders but it was taken care of promptly. It happens to the best stores. Other than that, I can't find anything remotely bad to say. They usually ship the next day and items arrive well packed. Unlike some shoe stores, they don't offer free return shipping, so you may want to be more certain about what you are buying. It can be returned/exchange at a local store.
