    Before expanding further in California I hope they consider moving to another state. 10% tax is too stiff when your competitors are a click away.”

    “I have ordered about 20 pieces of luggage and so far the experience has been positive. Their prices are high, but they pricematch 110% so that worked well. eBags has a wide selection but some go in and out of stock, which can be a pain if you are trying to maintain the same luggage brand or style. ”

    “I order from Sears about once or twice per month and although I like their store pickup option the online processing time takes too long.

    For online orders, they provide a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days, but in most cases it would take an extra couple of days before it is picked up by the shipper.

    If you have a store nearby I suggest an in-store pickup. Assuming your store is still open, within less than an hour you can an email that your item(s) is available for pickup. Disregard the 5-minute goal and the "on-time" scoreboard. Employees abuse both the clock and therefore the scoreboard. Most of my orders are picked up within 5 to 10 minutes though.

    I did have a bad experience once, where I had to dispute a charge because the item was no longer available and no one at the store or the 800# was able to cancel. The 800# rep told me to dispute the charge and it will somehow get resolved (it did!). That was a couple of years ago.

    These days, their chat customer service is superb.

    Overall, the only thing I would change is their online shipping.”

    “Physical stores have some great deals for building or upgrading your own PC, which is why I am giving them a high rating. They are in many states, which means online sales tax--even if there's only 1 or 2 in your state, and the nearest one is hours away. It doesn't make sense.

    Unlike their B&M stores, online store is below average. Prices are average, with selection/navigation leaving much to be desired.”

    “I have been pleased with the transaction. They promptly contacted my vet for the prescription and shipped it hours later (UPS Ground from Louisville, KY). They are also fairly priced relative to other pet websites but especially my vet (1/3rd the cost!).”

    “I used to envy Dell for its just-in-time delivery, but it has gotten worst over the last few years so I avoided them at all cost. Until about a couple of months ago. I believe they had improved their order processing system, and although their customer service are still from a different planet (why would it take 45 minutes to fix a small problem?), they are improving and I look forward to another positive experience. I am back as a customer... for now.”

    “Good online store. They have messed one of my orders but it was taken care of promptly. It happens to the best stores. Other than that, I can't find anything remotely bad to say. They usually ship the next day and items arrive well packed. Unlike some shoe stores, they don't offer free return shipping, so you may want to be more certain about what you are buying. It can be returned/exchange at a local store.”

    “In the email it says "The items listed below
    have been packaged at our facilities in the Netherlands and placed in a special climate-controlled container. Allow 21 to 25 days
    for ocean shipping and clearance through customs."

    I received it about 5 weeks after placing the order, and it shipped via UPS Ground (5 business days) out of Sharonville, OH. Last time I checked Ohio is still in the United States.

    Flowers are a high-margin business, which means coupons and cash-back offers abound. Do look out / Google for current offers.

    You will be pleased with the flowers and cutomer
    service, just expect shipping to take some time--regardless where it is being shipped from.”

    “Quill is owner by Staples and caters to businesses. Their shipping speed is at par with Staples, which means very fast. They have many distribution centers around the country. Items arrived in good condition and packed well.”

    “I only use GoDaddy for domain registrations and renewals, because I found it best practice to separate domain and hosting companies. For domains, they are a reliable and reasonably priced company (after coupons, which you can easily google). I wouldn't use them for hosting, but they may have gotten better in that area.”

    “Their shipping estimate can be off, which means that if you are traveling and not sure where you will be the next couple of weeks, consider that. I enjoyed chatting with their helpful customer service re shipping time line. Items shipped from the US come out of SC via UPS.

    Their T line of business laptops (formerly IBM) have some of the highest quality in the industry, but their consumer lines have standard quality, so you may want to play with the laptop at a local store to see whether it is something you wish to buy--something that will last.”
