I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Puget systems. The system is blazing fast and dead silent--very impressive--I was amazed at the testing and benchmarking. But I was most impressed by the attention I was given. First, Jeff helped me with system configuration, then when a part was delayed in shipping they upgraded it to a part they had in stock at no charge to me so my system would not be delayed (I didn't ask for this by the way, they did this on their own), and finally when I became aware of a software requirement that required me to call them midway through the build to add another hard drive they added it without any extra service charge even though the system was already built. They were always in immediate communication and always a pleasure to speak to. I just cannot imagine better service than that. If you are considering the purchase of a new computer that is built the way you want and not loaded with things you don't, look no further and give them a call. You will be glad you did every time you use it.
