E-Tech is a terrible company. I purchased a Power Supply plug replacement from them. It was sent late, was damaged on arrival and was the wrong part. When I contacted their company for assistance and an exchange they offered horrible customer service. I was told that I needed to email them for an RMA request. I did so and then was told that it was outside their 10 day window for replacements and they would do nothing to rectify the situation. They did not place their return policy on their receipt, were rude on the phone, and extremely unhelpful. Stay away from this place. Order from a reputable company with modern return policies, knowledgable sales associates, and decent customer service.
