I purchased a toy chest from BabyAge. The web site listed the dimensions and said it doubled as a bench for additional seating. The dimensions listed were quite sizable. When I received and assembled the chest I was shocked to see that I could fit very few toys in it, especially anything oddly shaped or slightly larger. The chest was very shallow and narrow. The dimensions listed included the "bench" back and sides. This was very misleading. In addition, only a very small child could use the chest as a bench for seating. I tried to return the product and was told I was simply having "buyer's remorse" and would have to pay for shipping. Return shipping would of course cost about as much as the product itself and was not worth it to return. I even offered to have BabyAge deduct what it cost them to ship it back out of my refund and they refused. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Heather told me my call would be returned in 24-48 hours. Six days later I had to call them back as I had not received a call. While speaking with Melissa the supervisor, she hung up on me.
