Never ordering from Valorebooks again. I've ordered my textbook weeks in advance for school, i have still yet seen the book. Its funny to see how they sent me an email to track my books, and the tracking number doesn't even open up. Doesn't seem like its being sent through USPS,UPS, or fedex. My textbook price is depended on how many days i rent them for, i don't even have the book and it already started the countdown of the dates. Also, Im very annoyed that the only contact i can have with them are through EMAILS! No customer service #! just emails. that just means they can ignore you as much as they want if they want to. However, they did send me an email when i confronted them about the countdown days.All it said was just an apology for sending the book late and nothing about resolving the issue. Eventually i got tired of waiting for this textbook, i sent them another email saying keep the book, i want a full refund. Hopefully they will email me back.
