Orders arrive in 3 days or less!<br><br>I recently ordered Microsoft Digital Media Pro BX1-00005 keyboard, and somehow it mistakenly was canceled and put on backorder. And I had to reorder the next day. Needless to say the package arrived this time short of Newegg standards. So I contacted Newegg regarding this and they were very fast to reply and were very sorry for the inconvenience. Anyhow To make my RMA thoughts even worse, I was broke. Emailed Support and within a email or 2 I had my refund in my paypal...BEFORE I had even returned the card to them, and they sent me a free return shipping label as well! You WILL NOT find service like this ANYWHERE!<br><br>If you have second thoughts about Newegg, How did that happen?
