After placing my order, I never received an email confirming the order. That was odd, but whatever. Now 4 days later and my order is still "in process.". I called to ask why they haven't been sent and apparently they do not ship Saturdays. Zappos would have had my shoes at my door less then 20 hrs after ordering them. They have had 3 business day to ship the shoes, and still haven't shipped yet. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I spoke to a rep who constantly interrupted me. I asked to cancel my order and they best he could do was to "try, but it may be too late.". I asked if I could be sent an email with my order info. He told me "no.". I asked how I would know if the order canceled like I requested. He said I may receive an email of it goes through. After this conversation, I emailed the company, and 24 hrs later, still no response. It's just not worth saving $20 to deal with this poor service.
