I placed an order with this company and it didn't show up on their website that the order went through. I contacted customer service and they told me that something went wrong in the ordering, it was frozen and would not go through. The next day I placed the order again. Two days later I got a double charge to my bank account. I contacted the company again and they told me that I had two orders being shipped to me. I told them what happened with the first order and the customer service rep told me they had no record of the original order ever being frozen. I was welcome to return the items for a refund, but I would still be charged the shipping. We'll see if they refund any of my money, because all items were clearance items I ordered. Either way, they still stole an additional $15 from me. They lied about the order being frozen, shipped it and charged me for it. I will NEVER order anything from this company again and I would recommend that all online shoppers keep away if you want to keep your money!
