DONT ORDER FROM THEM! WASTE OF TIME! POOR SERVICE!
Prices on this site change frequently. I waited until i got a good price on a jacket. When it arrived it ran really small. I usually wear a M or a L. I ordered a L but it was too small. I asked 6pm to exchange it for an XL. They do not do exchanges. What this means is that i had to pay for return shipping and reorder the jacket. But the price had gone up and they would not honor the previous price. Customer service was not at all helpful. Now, i have no bargain jacket, i'm out $7 for return shipping and i wasted lots of time! They can keep their bargains!

I'm truly sorry to hear that the jacket you ordered did not work out for you. Unfortunately, we do not price match any of our items. As we do advise that prices change and do so often, it may be best to purchase two different sizes and return the one that does not work out. This is due to our prices always changing so we can not guarantee that the price will be the same. I can understand how frustrating this must be.

I purchased a Patagonia jacket from o2gearshop. They had the best price on the web. The jacket was in stock as indicated on the website, shipped free and fast and arrived in brand new perfect condition. O2gearshop is great! Will buy from them again.
