If you have Verizon Wireless I would advise you to NEVER renew a contract with them, or get service with them to begin with. They overcharge for their plans, and nickle and dime you to death for everything. But worse is they will lie to you and cheat you if they can. They recently changed my plan without my permission which is costing me $10 more a month than I should be paying. I have spoken to numerous people there who said they would fix the problem. Today I was told that my request to go back to my original plan at the original fee was "declined." This has been going on for months and now after THEY made the mistake and after THEY promised to fix it, THEY have the audacity to say they decline to make good on their promises. It may not be a lot of money, but I will sue them if I have to. They are messing with the WRONG WOMAN!!!! I would give them a negative number rating if I could

The seller listed a book he didn't have. I was very unhappy that I ended up having to order it at another site and it was so late that I ended up spending 14. for postage to get it rushed to me. Their mistake cost me money, not a good way to treat customers.
