Everything about XoticPC is fantastic. Great laptops, great prices, and great support from the staff. I bought my laptop several months ago, a custom gaming beast, and could not be happier. They responded to my many (and I mean many) pre-sales and after sales inquiries and I never had any issues. My laptop has been great and I don't regret choosing them over a bigger company like Dell or something. Thanks XoticPC! A+
