I was offered a 5 year warranty with no charge map updates for 2010 and 2011 for additional $39.00. It was explained to me by sales person that when time comes I need to go to Garmin website, enter my serial number and get those updates. Now in 2010 I went on Garmin website to have map update and I found out that I can only get it if I pay for it. I understood I was scamed by dishonest salesman (I know his name).
