I\u0027m only one state away, but I still find that to be incredible shipping speed. Like others supplying a review, I found their pricing and shipping to be one of, if not the best combined for what I ordered. I like that their website gives information regarding the amount of product available and you can screen out stock that isn\u0027t available. When buying a product on-line like ammunition, I try to get as comfortable as possible before ordering. The positive reviews @ ResellerRatings and other locations helped me decide to buy from them. After more research, I found a reviewer from another site that said their biggest issue was with inventory and back-ordering. He went on to say if the product is in stock there normally aren\u0027t any issues with Botach. Several reviewers here cited similar concerns and rated thier experience accordingly. After some deliberation, I decided to email Botach directly and verify if they had the Nano in-stock. I promplty received a curteous reply (Thanks Izzi Goldman!) saying it was. Then I decided to take a chance and went ahead and ordered the Nano from their website (not the most intuitive site however). After completing the order, I immediately received an automated order notification with a status link. That same day I had my FFL send his informaiton via email to the same person who replied earlier and had also replied sepeately regarding my questions about shipping the Nano to my preferred FFL. Within a day or two, I again received an automated shipping notification email complete with tracking information. My FFL received the new Nano in six days. If they have an item in stock I\u0027m searching for in the future, I will probably take the same measures I did this time. When I completed the order on their web site, it said I would receive an email, but I didn\u0027t. Apparently I had inadvertantly typed .comm on my email address, I was told when I emailed them to ask why - my bad. Anyway I waited about a week and hadn\u0027t heard anything so I emailed again to request shipping information and assumed it was because I mis-typed my email address. I was stunned to learn that the box was on back-order, but it would ship the next day - even though my card had already been charged. Another week went by and still no product, or update. I emailed them again and this time I mentioned the fact that I had been charged already... This time I immediately received overnight shipping information and I did finally receive my product the next day (April 25th). I will say that everytime I contacted them, I immediately received a professional reply, but I was concerned that I was charged for an item that was on back order without notification. Was that at least in part my fault - perhaps. The Remington bulk did not expand in the couple recovered bullets I found, so I wanted to try both the standard Fiocchi JHP and the Extrema with the Hornady XTP bullets. The two combined came to just short of $50, which through comparison shopping was the going price. With Jetguns, any order of at least $50 saves a \u0022low order\u0022 fee, but has free shipping. I threw in a box of CCI 22 LR and was good to go. When you consider the high shipping costs of other vendors, it makes Jetguns one of the least expensive on-line vendors for ammo. After a day of verifying the order, it shipped out UPS (signature required) and I got it in very reasonable time. They had the magazine, and +1 extension. They also had a part number for the magazine with the extension already assembled. Unfortunately, they were out of their own product. I could buy them separately, but that was a few dollars higher. So - Google here I came with the part number. One of the few etailers showing it in stock was Joe Bob. After checking the feedback here and knowing I would get it for just pennies more than from Kel-Tec themselves if they had it - I ordered it yesterday afternoon around 2 pm. It was in the mail today! In addition, their website is neat! They have customer service chat (Used that to say thanks!) and other good features. The price was less expensive at Big Supply Shop than any where else I could find. I got regular communication and received them very quickly. After I had installed the 1-piece base, I had a question about its installation. Cory, with BigSupply gave me the manufacturer\u0027s contact information and patiently waited for me to verify what I needed to know, and was ready to help me with a return if necessary. I ordered an outdoor receiver\/amplifier so my wife could enjoy music at her new pool next to our garage. We received the product quickly, but unfortunately it didn\u0027t function correctly. We requested a return, explained our situation, etc. OSD quickly issued us a return authorization and a UPS return label we could print. Then they refunded our purchase to our credit card account after they received the product back. We didn\u0027t have to excessively explain, send follow-up emails, or have any issues with the return. BTW, we decided to purchase a different type of stereo and put it \u0022in\u0022 the garage. I was afraid they\u0027d issue us a credit, but gave us a refund. One note, they do say there will be a re-stocking fee if all the contents are not returned. We packed everything up and didn\u0027t have any issue with this either. I couldn\u0027t figure out how to change the order, so I used the supplied email address and asked for the change. I received a reply the next day, along with an updated invoice. In just a couple days I received the correct scope along with the other item I ordered. They were well packaged and in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised I got everything so quickly with no hitches after I made a mistake to begin with. BTW, I got both my items at very reasonable prices. Of course I also try to find the best overall price (price + shipping and tax if applicable) and bounce that against how well their customer service is rated - hoping I never have to use them. I was able to find a good price on an LG W2053TQ 20-inch flat screen LCD monitor from Tiger Direct and checked their feedback. Tiger\u2019s rating was reasonably good. I was also impressed that they respond to customers who have concerns on this rating site. Finally I\u2019ve known other people who have ordered items from them and didn\u0027t have any complaints. So, I made my first order with them. I was really impressed how quickly I received my order. The monitor wasn\u2019t double boxed, but did arrive undamaged and ready to use. So for a good price, combined with Harmony remote, I bought a Panasonic TC-32LX85 from Vann\u2019s. I had already bought a 47-inch Hitachi from Vann\u0027s, and their communication, service, friendliness rocked, just like it did the first time. I placed my order on-line and didn\u2019t get a confirmation, so after a couple days I called. I think because I had it delivered to my Mom\u2019s (Christmas present) it may have slowed things down a little. The representative quickly found my order, confirmed everything and immediately got the ball rolling. The set got from Montana to Kansas 4 days later with tracking through FedEx supplied, double boxed and ready to go.
