Excellent, expeditious, and professional service. First time dealing with this company I located on ebay and amazon while looking for drum deflector shields. Ratings and reviews on both sites were close to 100%. I had to phone in my order and was leary about giving my credit card info, and was not given an order number. Salesman said order will be tracked by my last name. Anyway they charged my card the next day and shipped that same day. Items arrived in HI in four business days. That's pretty impressive for a company in Michigan. Just one anamoly, they said they would e-mail me USPS tracking number when order is shipped, I inquired three days after ordering when I did not receive any info about the status of my order, then received a response that order was already on it's way. It was a minimum risk due to diligence on my part that proved to be correct. I highly recommend this company for all your custom plexiglass display needs including drumshields.

Excellent expeditious service. Ordered Yamaha RX-V663 receiver via their ebay listing. Very accomodating to my offer and shipping request. Talked to Tony salesrep via phone and confirmed purchase price and promptly sent Paypal invoice and swift shipping. Great shopping experience. From past negative reviews, best to pay via paypal and use ebay to purchase their items to protect you from poor customer service. You can recover your lost monies if transaction does not pan out.

Excellent, expeditious, & professional service. This is the first time I have ordered through this online company. I placed my order before reading the reviews on resellerratings. Well I'm glad to have such a positive experience. I purchased a Taylor 314-CE Grand Auditorium Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar Natural for $1599.00 with free 2nd day air shipping to Hawaii, how great is that! I just paid a nominal handling charge of $6.50, wow! Best deal I have come across yet. No other online music company comes close. Shipping charges are $80 and up!

I highly recommend this company for all of your musical instruments and sound needs. Make sure you read the product description and stock availability, many people who order online have a bad experience because they never read all the information.

Excellent, professional, expeditious service. This company is doing it right. Communications is fast, shipping is very quick, prices are very reasonable. I purchased a Kingwin KT-424-S-WM all aluminum ATX case. Highly recommended, will shop again.

Great company if you like ripoffs! Stay away, far away! Wholesale company in the Netherlands, a front for grossly fraudulent sales. Ordered numerous Canon Powershot cameras and never received items. Over $4000 worth. Very vague and will not answer shipping, tracking, and other inquiries. Only accepts payments thru Moneygram with no way to attain refunds. I should have known better. This is a criminal active website. Not registered with any trade register in the Netherlands. Bogus website and contact information.

They will reap what they sow! I pray God will have mercy on their souls! But they don't have any!

This is my second order from Digiconcepts and have yet to be dissapointed. Michael(owner), gave me personalized custom service that is very hard to find online, locally, or anywhere. Very timely to respond to all of my changing inquiries, which I had a lot of. Very flexible to my shipping needs, ( I live in Hawaii). Discounted prices but not discounted quality. Professional and expeditious service. Do yourself a favor and make Digiconcepts your one stop shop for all of your computer needs. Professional and expeditious service. Purchased two replacement black cartridges for my Lexmark printer. Regular price for a single cartridge is $35.00 and up. The total cost for the two I purchased from PrintPal was $43.90 which included free USPS Priority mail shipping, WOW! Cartridges are remanufactured from the original manufacturer. Same quality and performance at a fraction of the price from retail. This is a no brainer. Do yourself a favor and save money. Thanks & Aloha PrintPal!
