I'm very pleased the remote came pre-programmed! However, I am annoyed that the manual /guide isn't included. I need to set up my DVD player and DISH satellite guide to this remote, hence, why I purchased the original remote to my Symphonic TV. I already have a remote from DISH that turns the TV on and off and volume controls. You can buy a cheap universal remote with a manual and I spent $20 for a remote that doesn't even say Symphonic on it nor came with a set up manual! Please mail one asap! Thank you.
