The item I ordered was a piece of junk and I e-mailed them and received a RMA# to return the item. I returned the item via USPS on Sept. 22, 2006. On Oct 2, 2006 I e-mailed them to find out if they had received the item back. I got an e-mail stating that they had JUST received it. I find that very hard to believe as LA is only 3 - 31/2 hour drive away from me. They would be crediting my account. I decided to write a review of there company. In the review I stated that the item was a piece of junk and that I would not purchase from this seller again. Shortly after that I got a phone call from a very rude man DEMANDING that I remove my "bad" review or he would not credit my charge card. I told him it was my right to give his company a bad review if I wanted to. He then threatened to keep $30.00 dollars of my refund and said that was his right. What ever you do DO NOT do business with this company. They treat customers like dirt and use threats to get you to remove bad reviews. I am still waiting for my refund and have filed a claim with Amazon.com. Hopefully, I will get my money back. They are crooks who really need to be put out of business. DO NOT SHOP AT DISCOUNT JUNGLE. Getting a great price only guarantees that you will be subjected to verbal abuse if you are not satsitfied with their service.
