Very good on price, but not too good with shipping, Very good on customer support.

I ordered a Canon 17-85mm lens, which arrived out of the canon box and rolling around in the inner box. I was skeptical if it was still working so I returned it for a replacement. The customer support was OK, Took me a while to get the manager to approved the exchange. I was afraid that there as internal problems. The lens itself was OK, but there was a small scratch on the outside. I guess that would be UPS's fault.

So I finally got it, that's why I'm modifying the this review. They shipped lens pretty fast. The moment it got there they shipped it out the same day. I personally think they should've gone with Fedex instead of UPS. From my experience UPS tend to ship it in bad condition more often than Fedex. Infact, I don't recall receiving a fedex shipment that was in bad condition.

I'm very pleased with the customer service, even though it took about a week to get.

I had to pay the initial 8 bucks to ship it back and they shipped it to me again for free. This time they got it right, Though the outer box was still messed up, the inner Canon box was still fine, Unopen and in pretty good shape.

Overall the store itself really makes an effort to send you the stuff, But in good condition or not, I don't really know, as I experienced. I bought a 50mm prime lens from them before and that was fine. That is why I came back to them.

Customer support is good I guess, they addressed my problem, but I did needed to go to the manager to get a replacement.

Price wise, it's excellent. One of the cheapest, if not the cheapest place I can find on the web that is legit.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone, but I personally would not buy again, not because the store sucks at sending things, but just because I would like to get my expensive things faster and in better condition. I would however buy cheaper products from them ~ 200 and less.

Good service!! The shipping was very fast. Only like 2 days via USPS. Don't know why other online store takes so long with shipping via USPS. I would highly recommend it others

Overall good service since they answered all my questions, but still My order was recieved very late and was missing two books I ordered. I was very disatisfied with that order because it came like 1 and half weeks late via USPS. They did refund my purchase of the other two books, but i ordered those book becuase of the shipping. Now I have to order it again which will cost me more becuase of the full shipping on each items.

Order was late like 3 days so I'm somewhat satisfied not totally. All my stuff came after 3 days after the date that was promised to be the latest. This was probably due to the changed in Carrier. From UPS to USPS. But they did notified me about the change, but only after I asked them. This was a bit disappointing. If they just said that it will be late a few days, then I would be ok with that

Very good service. THis is the second time I ordered something from them. Delivered the order on time as listed date. Package is in good condition and the price is not the bad. Good actually when they have sales. Overall very statisfied with ordering with them.

Good price when I bought a backpack from there site. I got 10% off so it was good deal. But even after the 10%, I still think I overpaid for backpack when I got it. The delivery was right on schedule. It wasn't early or late.

Very good service. I recieved my package like 5 days early of expected arrival. And they shipped it UPS even though I got the free shipping. Usually other sites ship USPS for free shipping to lower cost, but that takes like forever to get. The only thing I didn't like about the shipping was the package was damage, but that's was OK because it was only the covering of the items which was a battery charger. I think it was damage before, thus I think it was not UPS fault, but the charger still works.

Very good experience. Excellent pricing and quick shipping. I order a Canon Digital Rebel (Black) on 05/20/05 and the order came in on 05/24/05. It arriveed 3 days early and in prefect condition. Even the timing was right. Normally I have to go pick up items ordered online because I have school in the morning. Even the order require a signature, which is best because they don't just leave your $900 camera for others to pick up! I would order another items from this store without reserve! If you're going to buy a camera, then make it from this store.
