I had a failed upload and called for support. I have all my photos on a DeskTop. I edit and compose on the Desktop, no where on the site does it say I should use a LapTop. The rep I called today said my file won't download because I am using a Verizon Modem...?? I don't have trouble sending anything else with this modem so why are they in the dark ages. THEN I was told I can not use a wireless modem, which I was not. Then I was told to take my file to a Library and upload from there. I asked what is a DIME file and was told it is my photo file BUT it does not include the MyPublisher program. So I have to download their program to the Library computer and then import the DIME file, then try the upload. I asked, well, aren't all Libraries wireless connections since they have more than one computer. He didn't know what to say to that except they would extend my coupon offer...7 whole days while I find someone with a hard wire connection.
Their support issues are useless. NONE of the issues I had were mentioned before I paid my up front coupon for the book. There is no way this company will help you.. I wanted to mail in a DVD but they wouldn't accept it.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
