I am not one to normally write reviews but the service was incredible and deserves to be shared.

Pleasantly surprised to receive my brand new factory sealed Lenovo notebook in 1 business day after ordering.

I was unable to connect to my wireless router so I called Lenovo tech support who was unable to resolve the problem over the phone. They told me that I should send my brand new notebook to a Lenovo service center to get my wireless network card replaced. Not happy.

I called ATS and explained the situation. The representative was empathetic and to my surprise offered a solution which deviated from the standard manufacturer response. The ATS rep told me that he would see what he could do to help coordinate an exchange with the manufacturer for a brand new unit. I was given the heads up that this would require special authorization from the manufacturer and if rejected would be offered a full refund on my notebook. Process took 3 business days, was kept posted everyday and am now writing this review on my brand new notebook.

I have dealt with many resellers in the past and I can tell from experience that this is a reseller that cares. From a transactional and pre-sales standpoint they were very courteous which is to be expected. It is the post support that amazed me after my money was taken. Will definitely purchase from ATS again.
